Murphy's winter law

Anybody who is familiar with Murphy's law (anything that can possibly go wrong, does.) will now have to add Murphy's Winter Law to the equation: Anything that is not completely winterised, will freeze and leak. At least his is what happened on Easy Rider on closer inspection.

The pressurised calorifier burst, the watermaker filter assembly exploded, and the water intake discharges into the bilges...we haven't tried the engine yet!
However the weather is sunny and hot, the mast is up and rigged, I don't know what else could go wrong. (however see above!) We still think we are on schedule to leave as planned...but then there is the weekend and further checks are needed.
