Who would want to sail to Luleå?

...this is a question we have been asked by a number of Swedish sailors who watched us preparing ER for her voyage.
There it is cold, the waters are very shallow, the mosquitoes are horrible and everything is as similar to the Archipelago of Stockholm...so why are you going?
The answer is quite simple: because the navigator says so! However it is not quite as bad. On the way to Luleå you are going to visit 2 world heritage sites on the way and if you stray into Finland, you will be able to visit the place where the beautiful Swans and Baltics (top of the range sailing boats, for the uninitiated) are built.
